You can get a maximum benefit of up to 3000/- taka through this card. To get this benefit, you have to register on our website. To register, you have to provide your name, date of birth, photo, address and other information. Based on this information, you have to collect our Swasthoseva card. Currently, you can use it for your health related lab tests. You can save up to 10% - 50% on each lab test. UPTO-RS: 3000/-
